Our Services

Mid Mo Glow designs and installs permanent LED lighting systems for residential and commercial properties in Missouri. The specific scope, materials, and price of each project are described in your written quote.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are free and are based on the information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes or if site conditions differ from what was described. Any change will be discussed with you before work continues.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will schedule your installation at a mutually agreed time. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Weather and safety conditions may require us to reschedule.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in your quote or invoice. Payment is due as described there unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your installation, contact us and we will work with you to make it right. Product warranties are provided according to the terms supplied with your system: 3 years on Classic bulbs, and 25 years on Signature bulbs plus 10 years on the Signature track and all components.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to the areas where work will be performed, to tell us about any known hazards, and to confirm that you have the authority to approve work on the property.

Limitation of Liability

Mid Mo Glow is licensed and insured. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry, quote, and service. Text messaging is subject to our Privacy Policy, and you may reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Mid Mo Glow or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
